Shannon Tsonis has a degree in Electronic Media & Film with a minor in Journalism from Towson University, and an M.B.A with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Baltimore.
She writes about the effects of unsolved crimes, mental health, and domestic violence, after her mother, Teresa Schmansky, was found brutally murdered in their Baltimore home in 1989. The case is still unsolved, and Shannon continues to fight for justice and answers.
She is currently finishing her first full-length memoir, tentatively titled:
